Reposted from @somelikeithaute__ According to @allhiphopcom, Nicki Minaj and husband Kenneth Petty are being accused of now being members of the New York-based gang known as the Makk Balla Brims.

Court documents cite a recent trip to Queens as evidence, which sexual assault victim Jennifer Hough lawyer Tyrone Blackburn submitted to presiding judge Eric Vitaliano.

Jennifer is suing the couple for harassment and witness intimidation:”[Kenneth] Petty and [Nicki] Maraj were both in this district, in Jamaica Queens, New York,”

Blackburn told Vitaliano. “As seen on an Instagram live video currently up on Maraj’s Instagram page, both Maraj and Petty were seen associating with members of the Makk Ballers set of the Bloods Gang.

Petty and Maraj are both members of this gang. Shortly after Petty and Maraj are spotted with their gangster colleagues, a member of the gang posted a death threat to Ms. Hough on Twitter, stating:

‘Jennifer if you see this, the Makks are coming to get you.”All Hip Hop further reveals that the court documents state that Kenneth insists he didn’t rape Jennifer and that she was a “willing” participant in their engagement:”I never raped the Plaintiff and I deny her accusations of rape contained in the Amended Complaint.

I also deny all of Plaintiff’s allegations in the Amended Complaint that I committed any improper conduct, sexual abuse and/or sexual assault.

The sexual encounter between Plaintiff and I, which occurred 27 years ago, was consensual and Plaintiff was a willing participant. I did not force Plaintiff into a house,

I did not force Plaintiff to have sex with me and I did not sexually or physically assault Plaintiff in any way.

I did not force Plaintiff into a house, I did not force Plaintiff to have sex with me and I did not sexually or physically assault Plaintiff in any way.
